1. Turn on the machine to check whether the vibration of the abrasive belt is normal. If it is normal, stop the machine to check the wear state of the abrasive belt. Touch the abrasive belt with your hand to feel whether there is any attachment. Use a brush to remove the surface attachment, and use compressed air to blow off the dust. Check to see if the paint on the sanded board is dry enough to be sanded and dry it.

2. When checking the plate, the texture is rough and orderly, check the belt type and whether the speed is normal. Stop the machine to check the wear state of the sanding belt of the double side sander, and whether there is any attachment on the sanding belt, and deal with it.
