Veneer Dryer is a roller pressing continuous slice veneer dryer. Transverse circulation design is applied to its thermal system. Besides, the heating fan introduces efficient and high static pressure volute centrifugal fan with little noise and the heat exchanger adopts the new exchanger which has high thermal conductivity and small wind resistance. Rectangular variable cross section spraying box is applied to ensure the veneer surface receive uniform spraying air flow.
Steam (or thermal oil) heating system with temperature control can set the appropriate drying temperature according to different varieties of trees. The heating fan is enantiomorphic arrangement to ensure dried veneers at various points get the consistent final moisture content.
