Veneer Dryer BG1826 China Woodworking Machine Manufacturer
This series veneer dryer introduces the European advanced technology which adopts the volute centrifugal fan (whose flow is up to 45000m3/h and above). The transverse thermal cycle design is applied to the machine. New type heat exchanger and special rectangular variable cross-section spraying box make the high-speed jet airflow acting on the veneer surface uniform. The transmission system and the mesh belt automatic adjustment device refer to German technical data.

Characteristic:
Frame:Adopt standard channel steel(10#) and I-shaped steel(12#) as main materials. Tailor-welding with 12mm flat steel is used in the upright column of the side drive roller.
Roller, Chain Wheel & Mesh Belt: Made by special steel tube Φ76, precision casting drive sprocket material 45#. The gear is after quenching processing. The mesh belt with brazing edge is the bullet wire material.
Spraying Box: The spraying box adopts high quality cold-rolled galvanized steel sheet and variable cross-section which is rust and corrosion resistance and has a long service life. In order to make sure the water ratio of all parts of veneer is uniform; the spraying speed through nozzles along the longitudinal direction is consistent. In order to dry the veneers fast,the deflector nozzle ensures that the high speed airflow acting on the veneers is uniform&concentrated and effectively breaks water molecular film on the veneer surface.
Heating Fan: The heating fan introduces technology of large flow and high pressure centrifugal fan. It has vertical structure&manganese steel impeller and adopts nonferrous metal fireproof friction lap to avoid fire accident. It adopts imported bearing which is convenient to maintain, domestic famous motor and 5V cutting drive belt.
