Core veneer splicing machine is a kind of woodworking machinery used to splice the core veneer. It is mainly composed of a splicing platform, a clamping device, a lifting device and a conveying device.
The splicing platform provides a flat surface for splicing the core veneer, and can be adjusted in height. The clamping device is used to fix the core veneer during splicing, and can be moved horizontally and vertically. The lifting device is used to lift the spliced core veneer after splicing, and the conveying device is used to convey the spliced core veneer to the next workstation.
In use, the operator firstly places the core veneer on the splicing platform, and then clamps it with the clamping device.
Then, the lifting device is used to lift the core veneer to the required height, and then the conveying device is used to convey it to the next workstation for further processing.
